Tommie Smith Jr. is a artist from South Chicago so, you already know th rhythms are in his veins. His influences stem from instant classics created by the likes of OutKast, Jay-Z, and many more. At the age of 17, Wes joined a local hip-hop group called, “F.L.O.C.” Not too long after, Wes signed with Radix Records and everything started to fall into place. He started going to school for Music Management and producing on records that have done wonders throughout the years. Today, Wes makes a good living off his own two hands and produces musical master pieces filled with nostalgia and wonder.

Wes has had an eventful career with many magazine features and opportunites in the industry. He’s still going strong to climb his way to the top with “Oh so Wonderful”, a sampled filled mix with nostalgia running through the horns and keys. The vocals slice through the mix with ease as you’re hyponitzied by Wes’ ability to translate Chicago culture. This man is for the people of Chicago and we commend him for coming out for the whole city. He’s a positive soul and the perfect start to any morning.
