FRESH is a hip-hop artist from Philadelphia. He originally started as a songwriter, taking commissions writing melodies and lyrics for all types of artists. During a session at work in 2011, with an aspiring singer, FRESH knew it was time to deliver something of his own. So in 2012, FRESH released his first track as an artist. Producers instantly took note and were interested in collaboration. FRESH has a core hip-hop sound but, loves mixing elements from R&B and pop, as well as, House; throughout his music. Taking influence from artists like J.Cole and Jay-Z, producing some of the tightly sealed verses, we have ever heard.
FRESH recently had a follow up track to his 2017 ep, MOOD, entitled; No Friends. This track features the electrifying energy from FRESH and shows us that this man has an ear for beats. One of the most abnormal beats we have been sent with, detuned and distorted bells ringing throughout. It gives off an off-putting feeling perfect for FRESH to preach his woes of not having real friends and not wanting them. Check it out below, you will not be disappointed.
