JTVION: Consistent and Fun Sounds From a New Face.

Jatavion Octavius Hunter, born January 21, 2001, professionally known as JTVION is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Sandusky, Ohio. His music explores many different elements, including styles such as; emo, trap, indie rock, hip hop, and punk rock. Born in Oregon, Ohio. JTVION spent the early years of his childhood in Oak Harbor. He began making music in 2018 starting his music career on SoundCloud. Inspired by artists like Nirvana, Pierce The Veil, XXXTentacion, Juicewrld and many more, JTVION's music explores multiple genres and styles of music, geared towards a more versatile audience.

“Heartbroken Teenager” is JTVION’s newest work and it seamlessly blends so many sounds into this pit of great music. JTVION taking on a vocal prowess that can imagine Juice or Uzi but is still very specific to him because, of his choice of lyrical content and tone. The track itself is a fun time but we have a feeling this is only a small glimpse into the sounds that can pour out of this man in the future.

Rayre: The Soulful Jazz Sound with Endless Bars.

Rayre is a Bay Area bred, Tacoma based rapper who finds his lane with stripped production, Jazz overtones, and an emphasis on clarity. His use of inflection and lyrical stylings allow listeners to connect with his emotions and relate on a deeper and personal level. Performing shows as early as 2013, Rayre has refined his craft both on and off stage allowing his debut album Portrait of a Man to be his best effort yet. With only two mixtapes under his belt from 2015 and a long hiatus since, there is a high expectation of growth that comes from his fans as well as from himself.

Rayre has endured several obstacles when it comes to releasing music, though mostly self imposed. His constant evolution paired with severe self criticism has slowed or halted music releases ever since recording his first single What We Share in 2012 - released on his debut mixtape Thresholds under the moniker Tote in 2015. Rayre came out of hiding in late 2019 with his remix to River Road (originally by Jack Harlow). Songs once driven by adolescence was re-imagined with matured introspection. “River Road Remix” followed by his second single “Confidence”, Rayre doubles down on his candidness as he recounts his relationship with his family and hometown. With his upcoming album he intends to expose a bigger picture. A Portrait of a Man.

“Portrait of a Man” is a jazz fueled tape from the very first second. The tape starts with a self reflective track inside of “Now Im Back.” This track really sets the tone of old relationships with friends and family while focusing on the end goals. Almost like Rayre is trying to explain himself to people he left behind and letting his family know everything is going great. On this whole tape, Rayre is very honed in on the ideas he’s writing about. Every track is focused and says what it needs to. Rayre is so good at getting his feelings onto the track and this entire tape is proof to just that. Tracks like “I Wonder” and “God’s Plan will blow you away with the complex flows and bouncy pianos. Every track sounds like it’s coming straight out of the speak easy down the street. Without a doubt, Rayre is someone we will be bringing up in the future and we can’t recommend him enough.

SHARKFISH: This Duo Has a Very Nostalgic and Intense texture.

Consisting of Dream Rats and Midwestern Vampire, SHARKFISH is a new North American duo ready to burst into the music scene. The two met in 2020 and soon hit it off with their first collaboration “Like Not Okay”. This track was produced and released by Dream Rats whole Midwestern Vampire added on some of her vocal performances. The two are determined to work on a sound they refer to as “Arcade Rave”. Their newest track is the perfect example of this glitchy and hard hitting club sound they’re chasing.

“L3TSH4V3SUMFUN” is a fun and strong production from the duo. The track itself starts off on a more laid back note. From beginning to end, it really feels like the two were really just having fun. A lot of times it’s hard for artists to take themselves a little less serious for a few tracks so, it’s amazing to see a fun and intense idea be executed so well. The bass fills the mix but doesn’t take away from the vocals or the super glitchy backing track. This track easily fills every frequency we can comprehend and not only that but, it does it in the hardest way possible. If you just wanna let out some energy with some friends and some drinks then, this song and duo is perfect for you.

G.Soulow: A Sound Waiting to Blow You Away.

G.Soulow is a new artist from North Alabama Madison. He creates a mix of rap focused music. Flopping between the classic hard hitting sound and a more melodic and emotional sound. All G.Soulow is used to is entertainment and singing so his melodic runs and beautiful songwriting come together in a strong and experienced way. From graphics to mixing and producing, G.Soulow is doing everything with his own two hands. A talented soul inside and out.

“W!ld P4kk” is G.Soulow’s newest project and it shows off this recognizable voice very well. Tracks like “Gassin’” and “On the Flo” take a super laid back flow and G come through with powerful bars and well experienced writing. Easily becoming the main focus right from the first track, G starts to ramp up energy and show his versatility inside of experimental songs like “How is u Doin’” and “Gang Nem”. G.Soulow is a pure artist in every definition of the word. Not only that but, he does it with a style that is specific to him.
