QPVT: The hardest rapper you’ve never heard of.
Q has his own sound, and has evolved a unique blend of lofi-singing, hard drill raps, punk choruses, and the well rounded lyricism of a seasoned veteran. QPVT started hitting the music scene back in 2011, Q has gained a cult following of punks, trap rappers, metal heads and everyone in between. One of Quincy’s biggest inspirations in life and reasons he raps, is his children. “Everybody rather be a drug dealer. All I wanna be is a father figure. “ QPVT is heard on GohstsInTheAlley - with other local rapper GAINZ from his hometown of Chillicothe Ohio - talking about the struggles of his life in rapping, and trying to change his families life for the better with it. Quincy also often shouts out his brothers in FLV$HMOB Ent., a rap collective out of Zanesville Ohio that Q is a big part of.
As corny as it sounds, Quincy’s music is ultimately much bigger than just QPVT - and if you’ve seen him live you know what I mean. His stage presence is something else. It will MAKE you feel what ever emotion he’s feeling. Q just brings an energy that’s on another level. On top of that he has mosh pits harder than your best metal concerts. Don’t believe me? Come see him August 17th at The House of Blues in Cleveland OH, with NASCARALOE and see for yourself, what QPVT is all about.
