Born in Queens, N.Y. by way of Southside Atlanta, Columbia hip-hop artist/songwriter, Dredoe, is a brillant mesh of his northern roots with influence from his southern upbringing. His musical style encompasses elements of the South's hype music while also challenging himself to stay on par with the North's standard for quality lyricism. Not one to limit himself, Dredoe can find inspiration on any coast and make any facet his own.
Dredoe's various influences include DMX, Jay-Z, Curren$y, Wiz Khalifa, Biggie, OutKast, Young Jeezy, Ludacris, Fabolous and of course the uncle we all wish we had, Snoop Dogg. Sometimes he likes to keep it smooth, sharing vibes we can light one and kickback to. Other times, he'll put a little bounce to it and give us something to get even that shy friend you dragged to the function off the wall. Not afraid to get personal, Dredoe's art comes from a place of purity and rawness as he aims to express himself while also making tracks his peers can relate to, "I want to give people that same feeling my favorite artists gave me when I listen(ed) to their music."
