Shugar is a taste of the future. They strive for a new and fresh sound, mixing music together from Marilyn Manson to EDM Music. In our opinion, they’re doing exactly what they intended to. A duo based out of Chicago. Daniel, 21, and Alex, 20, create some of the most interesting content we have come across. Even better, the two have only released demos and are working with a producer, as we type, to create; even crisper sounding music.

Shugar’s new tune entitled, Guilt, is a scary ride of emotions with beautiful climaxes and resolutions. This track includes some of the most unique sounds we have heard in a long time. With fast moving filters on wild synthesizers. Adding sprinkles of distorted vocals and evil build ups until, ultimately, coming to a beautiful resolution as angelic female vocals flood in. This last about a minute and a half until and aggressive break down that introduces even more sounds, unheard prior to this point. Screams and growls fill your ears as the song has a gigantic finish. Truly a magnificent piece of work.
