An independent, up and coming artist in the underground rap scene, FrankieOG, dropped his first single “All Gas No Breaks” on SoundCloud Aug 9th 2016, since then he has dropped two mixtapes and multiple singles on SoundCloud including his most played single “Me” Prod. Lucid Soundz with 13.8k plays on SoundCloud which he performed at multiple venues including opening up for Too Short at The Status Night Club in Moreno Valley, C.A. Over the last year and a half. His most recent single “When We Smoke” (ft. Yung Simmie) was released on Spotify, iTunes, and Soundcloud.

Frankie’s sound comes from deep west coast roots. This is apparent in the first few moments of any listener. It’s good to see more artists bursting out new west coast sounds. Now a days, so many artists live and represent Los Angeles but, don’t have that classic west coast wave that we see time and time again from artists like, YG. Frankie has bright future ahead of him from what we can tell and it’ll be all eyes on him in years to come.
